The D’Or products are mostly made for high-pigmentation and moisturise. Is Ideal for dry to oily skin.Our products are made of ingredients with rich components that hydrating the skin without being to rush with the skin.Also, D’Or products, exfoliate the skin and nourishing in a delicate way. The components have great and beneficial ingredients such as cucumber,sea salt,almond oil that will ensure that the skin in hydrated and moisturised. We are open to keep researching new way to reach other skin and create new products that compensate different type of skin.
We are conscious and we take very serious in the way we choose each ingredients. We are proud to sell to our clients, a product that is 100% safe. Our products are special made from organic vegetable, fruits and oils which is suitable for vegan and non vegan.
Please note that our product was developed for healthy skin.So If you have any skin allergy or acne or any other condition that may prejudice , ensure to take your time to read the information display on packaging.
Unopened products have a shelf-live of 12 months. Any product after opened it will least for 6 months
All skin are compatible since we use organic ingredients although we focused more dry to normal skin. We advice to read relevant information displayed on our label or visit your dermatologist to know if this product is compatible for your type of skin.
How to create an account

WHY CAN’T I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?
It could be that you haven’t made an account with us. Double check your emails to make sure you received a confirmation email from us. Remember, if you didn’t create an account when you completed your last order, you will still receive an order confirmation email containing all the information needed to track your order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you make an order on www.dorganicare.co.uk and chose to pay with PayPal or credit card, you receive an email confirmation that your order has been approved. In this email you will find your order number, the sum up of your order as well as your billing and shipping address. Once we receive your payment, you receive an email confirmation that your order has been approved.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you receive a second email in which you can find a link that allows your to follow the shipment of your order in real time, as well as your actual Royal Mail tracking number.

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS TOO LONG, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Addresses longer than 35 characters are not accepted by our logistic partners. If your address is longer than this number of characters, please use acronyms to make it fit where possible (street = st, avenue = ave, road = rd, etc). You can add additional information in the space reserved for this purpose.
MY PARCEL WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER/EXPEDITOR. WHAT DO I DO?
If your tracking shows that your package is “returned to the expeditor”, it is possible that the address you communicated to us was wrong or incomplete. Please contact our customer service team and give us your order number, your tracking code and your complete address (the recipient must be the person who’s family name is on the letterbox) – we will organise a reshipment.
MY PARCEL HAS BEEN MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT. WHERE IS IT?
It might be that you weren’t at home to receive your delivery. Check your mailbox to see if the carrier left a delivery note. Check with your neighbours too, the postman may have left it with them.

I RECEIVED DAMAGED GOODS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are really sorry when this happens! Unfortunately, our products can sometimes get damaged when being transported to you. Please contact us and make “Damaged Products” the subject of the message. Make sure you attach a photo of the damaged products, this way we can arrange a new shipment for you at no extra cost.
We have never tested our formulas on animals and never will! No animal should suffer as a result of cosmetic testing!
